The NEW “Behind the May”
Hey y’all! I’m Meagan, my friends and family call me Mae (or May, they can’t really decide how they want to spell it.) I just finished up my first year at Cornell University working toward a BS in Food Science.
I’ve been writing this blog for a few years but had to take a break during the school year. The archives are filled with recipes of every kind- healthy food and comfort food, ethnic food from India to Italy, baked goods and gluten free fare.
